Chimney Fish

Hubs has been busy welding up some strange grilling devices. He’s been pretty bored since I started hammering on classwork, so he got a nice welder and put in some solid hours on YouTube, learning how to make different grilling devices that don’t require half a bag of charcoal. It’s just cooking for two, so its more economical.

Anyhoo, we were at our local family-owned health food store when I saw these lovely (and affordable!) tuna steaks. I couldn’t resist, and we’ve been wanting to try this Alton Brown recipe for years – what better time?
