Seitan Chorizo

We had seitan/soy chorizo the other night for taco salad. I saw this and was so curious I couldn’t resist. It passed the house Carnivore’s inspection, and he said he’d *willingly* eat it again. I wouldn’t microwave it though – it turned out kind of rubbery. I love that it doesn’t have a lot of ingredients.
